Fees

• Principal Appraiser – On-Site – In-Office – Telephone Research = $75.00 Per Hour
• Principal Appraiser – Appraisal Report Writing = $150.00 Per Hour
• Specialist Appraiser – On-Site – Research – Report Writing = $200.00 Per Hour
• Assistant To The Principal Appraiser – Report Preparation – On-Site As Needed = $50.00 Per Hour
• Photographer – On-Site – Report Preparation = $75.00 Per Hour
• Property Handler = $40.00 Per Hour
• Packers = $50.00 Per Hour
• Housekeepers = $35. Per Hour Per Person

Note: The fees and expenses are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Expenses at Cost

• Boxes, Bags, Bubble Wrap, Tape, Supplies, Etc.
• Junk/Trash Removal
• Rental Of Dumpster
• Rental Of Vehicle/Truck
• Fax, Permits, Photocopying, Etc.
