Pamela Bardo and her assistant will spend one hour in your home* to discuss your plans and goals, review what you’ll keep, and assess the items to be sold or donated.
 - Receive an expert evaluation. Onsite, Pamela will note what she sees and identify the key areas that will require time and attention to create a financially successful outcome.
 - Document the details. Her assistant will take photos for internal use so our team can plan efficiently and accurately.
 - Our team crafts your custom plan. Back at the office, the team collaborates to design a clear strategy that fits your unique home, timeline, and financial goals.
 - Estimate time and resources. We determine which team members will be needed and calculate the number of hours required for each, based on published hourly rates.
 - Estimate materials and logistics. We calculate costs for boxes, packing materials, truck or dumpster rental, and donation deliveries. Did you know? Fees and expenses used to complete charitable donations are tax-deductible — even the packing tape!
 - Finalize your project outline. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a summary chart showing estimated hours, costs, and a target completion date.
 - Review and approve your plan. We meet with you to explain every step and ensure the plan matches your needs and expectations.
 - Get started! A signed Letter of Engagement and 50% retainer give our team the green light to begin your transition project.
